A gaggle of evil girls who provided a set of twins belonging to a new mom and tried to cowl their tracks by killing her have been busted.

The suspects, Ukorie Cynthia, 25, Onyia Pauline, 56, and 39-year-old Aroh Ijeoma, had been arraigned on Friday, August 26.

The police, by means of DSP Daniel Ndukwe shared particulars of the heartbreaking story to the media as sighted below;

“The suspects, who had been arrested on 26/07/2022, by Police Operatives serving in Central Police Station (CPS) Enugu, had been remanded in Enugu Correctional Custodial Centre, pending further listening to of the case.

Their arrest was sequel to the receipt of a report alleging that they conspired and provided the newborn twins of 1 Chinenye Odoh aged 31, and thereafter triggered her demise by poising her meals, when she realized that the suspects gave her an amount lesser than the entire sum they provided the infants.

Investigations revealed that Ukorie Cynthia accommodated the deceased in her house till she put to supply on 05/07/2022, whereas Aroh Ijeoma facilitated the sale of the infants by contacting Onyia Pauline, a Nurse, who launched a couple that bought the infants upon their supply on the sum of N3million.

That reverse to this sum, Ijeoma educated the deceased and mom of the infants, Chinenye, that the children had been provided for N2,350,000 and thereafter, gave her the sum of N1.8million. She gave Cynthia and Pauline N50,000 each; and saved the remaining proceed to herself.

Nonetheless, when the deceased lastly knew the exact amount they provided the infants, she demanded for the stableness, nevertheless was thereafter said to have eaten a suspected poi§@ned corn given to her by Cynthia, leading to her demise.

The case was adjourned to September 5, 2022 for further listening to.”
