Latest data from the Finance Ministry has confirmed a significant shortfall in revenue from the controversial digital change levy.

The data launched throughout the ultimate hour shows that the federal authorities has raked in decrease than seven per cent of its e-levy target.

The e-levy was initially anticipated to rake in ¢6.9 billion by the tip of 2022 of which it was revised significantly to ¢4.5 billion.
